Looks like the Friday the 13th Remake is going into production faster than I thought. Shooting is set to take place in Austin, TX (just down the road from Padalecki's hometown of San Antonio) starting on April 21.

Also filming of Friday Night Lights is set to resume this summer, which means the news of its cancellation has been greatly exaggerated, and that NBC has partnered with DISH Network to bring it back are true.
